The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and the views of the Bund and Pudong were superb. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the top floor bar and restaurants that offered stunning views. The swimming pool and facilities were clean and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, with English-speaking staff available. The all you can eat buffet dinner had a great selection of Chinese and international cuisine.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a more diverse menu.
